This says it serves one person....well my granddaughter of 13 eats more than this. This is definitely not an adult's portion. The potatoes fill you up. Meat was like paper thin and fragments of meat, it didn't even taste like beef. I felt unfulfilled by this meal, and I am a tiny woman of 8 stone. Gravy was ok but did not taste of proper beef gravy. Wont buy again.
Lots of melt in the mouth beef in a tasty gravy with a decent amount of potatoes, veg and a Yorkshire pudding. Roast potatoes weren't very crispy but when you are cooking everything in one tray at the same time you have to make some small compromises. All in all excellent value and ideal if you are by yourself and want a quick and easy Sunday roast dinner
Yuck What Happened?
Previously was decent now comes with revolting uneatable potatoes that make me gag...
just enough for one person, nice spuds, nice chicken and gravy, i did add some of my own veg, also low calorie, ideal and easy to cook
Good meat and gravy....but...
Overall quite good, but more veg needed . The fact the packaging came out of the oven very plyable came as a shock - almost lost it all onto the floor!
Very tasty meal
Meat was lovely & tender, tasty gravy, yorkshire pud a bit soft, perhaps I didn't cook it longer enough, but apart from that, an excellent meal. I cooked some cabbage to go with it. Would recommend as another reviewer said, cook the potatoes in a separate tin so they become crunchy. Definitely will be buying again.
