Allow 200g per person. Bring a large pan of water up to boil, reduce heat to medium. Place gnocchi in the pan and cook until gnocchi begin to float. Drain well and serve immediately.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 6-8 min
Heat a frying pan on medium to high heat with a knob of butter. Add gnocchi, cover and pan fry for 3-4 minutes. Uncover and cook for the remaining time on a medium heat, stirring the gnocchi occasionally. Cook until golden brown.
