- Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods.
- Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use.
- Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.
- Unwrap and dispose of packaging carefully.
- Store raw meat and poultry covered at the bottom of the fridge.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hour 50 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and film lid and cover with foil. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 2 hours 15 minutes. Remove the foil, drain off any excess liquid and cook for a further 35 minutes. Drain off any excess liquid and rest for 20 minutes before carving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 2 hour 10 min
