Pre-heat your oven to 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging. Place goujons in a single layer on a baking tray. Cook for 12-14 minutes (from chilled), 16-18 minutes (from frozen). Stand for 2 minutes before serving.
