Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
170°C, Fan 150°C, Gas 5, 2 hour 10 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging from the gammon. Place onto a lined baking tray. Pat the rind dry with kitchen roll and brush the rind with oil and sprinkle with a little salt evenly across the rind. Place on the bottom shelf of the oven. Ensure plenty of space above the gammon cook for 1 hour 30 minutes. 220ºC/Fan 220ºC/Gas mark 7. Remove from the oven and increase temperature to Place the gammon joint back into the oven on the bottom shelf for 40 minutes. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before carving
