Preparation And Usage
How to prepare
Remove the claws by twisting the knuckles and claw apart. Insert a sharp knife into the back of the head and cut down to the tail so the lobster is cut in half. Remove and dispose the pale sac, the dark intestinal thread that runs the length of the tail and the gills in the head area. Claws and legs: Break into their natural sections by tapping with a knife or nut cracker. Carefully extract the meat with the knife or a skewer.
How to defrost
Remove all packaging and place onto a plate. Allow to defrost in the refrigerator for approximately 24 hours and use the same day.
