Boil - From Ambient. Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of cold water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approx. 20-25 minutes or until tender. Do not reheat.; Other - From Ambient. Mash - Prepare and cook as per boiled instruction above. Mash for a smooth and creamy consistency - no need for butter or milk!
Serve and enjoy.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Wash, dry and prick with a fork. For crispy skins smear with a little olive oil. Place directly on to oven shelf for 60-90 minutes until soft on the inside. Serve and enjoy.
