Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas 5, 1 hour 35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking. Remove outer packaging and film lid, cover with foil. Place covered foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 1 hour. Remove foil covering. Return to oven and cook for a further 35 minutes. Baste occasionally. Cover with foil and allow to rest for 15-30 minutes before carving.
