Keep refrigerated.
Suitable for home freezing.
Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day.
Once thawed do not refreeze.

To Cook in an Electric Oven, Gas Oven or Fan
Oven from Chilled:
Total Cook Time: 1 hour 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5, Fan 170°C.
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking.
Remove outer packaging and film lid, cover with foil.
Place covered foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 1 hour.
Remove foil covering.
Return to oven and cook for a further 35 minutes. Baste occasionally.
Cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 - 30
minutes before carving
