Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Please Remove All Packaging Before Cooking/defrosting.
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Remove packaging. Season the meat, place in a roasting tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 180°C for remainder of cooking time. Cooking times (including 20 minutes at 200°C): Rare 20 minutes per 500g plus 20 minutes. Medium 25 minutes per 500g plus 25 minutes. Well done 30 minutes per 500g plus 30 minutes. Once cooked remove from oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
