During heating, the packaging may become flexible. Leave on a plate or baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Handle carefully to avoid scalding. Packaging will regain strength on standing. When removing film after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Microwave - From Frozen. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 5 minutes (800w). Peel back film and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 4 minutes (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Microwave - From Chilled. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds (900w), 3 minutes (800w). Peel back film and stir both compartments well. Re-cover and heat for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (900w), 2 minutes (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 20 minutes. Peel back film and add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir both compartments well, re-cover and heat for a further 15 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film and stir both compartments well.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and heat for 15 minutes.
