Empty contents into a suitable non-metallic container, add 30ml water and cover loosely. Cook on full power for or until tender for 6 minutes (Cat B/650W), 5 minutes (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy.; Steam - From Ambient. Remove all packaging. Trim ends and wash. Place in a steamer over boiling water and cook for 15-16 minutes or until tender. Serve and enjoy.
