200°C, Fan 180°F, Gas 6, 40 mins
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove from packaging. Remove glaze sachet. Place salmon side on foil and wrapped loosely.
place on a baking sheet and cook in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes. pour contents of sachet evenly over salmon, return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
