How to store:
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

How to cook:
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
OVEN FROM CHILLED:
Pre-heat your oven as 220ºC/Fan 200ºC/ Gas Mark 7/ 75 Mins. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or roasting tray, position the joint so that the bacon is facing upwards. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes. Halfway through, remove the foil and baste the joint with the cooking juices. Re-cover with foil and return to the oven. After 30 minutes, remove from the oven, discard the foil and drain off any excess juices and return to the oven uncovered for the final 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 15 minutes before carefully removing the strings, carving and serving.
