Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 46 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging, set aside sauce sachet for later use. Empty contents of pouch into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil.
Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and discard foil. Pour contents of sauce sachet over lamb and mix with the meat juices and onions. Return to the oven uncovered for a futher 16 minutes. Stir sauce well before serving.
