How to store:
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

How to cook:
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
OVEN FROM CHILLED:
Pre-heat your oven as 220ºC/ Fan 200ºC/ Gas Mark 7/ 65 Min. Remove all packaging and place glaze sachet aside for later use. Transfer the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish, placing the duck so orange slice is on the top. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven. Carefully remove from oven, discard the foil and drain off any cooking liquid. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
HOB FROM CHILLED:
Empty contents of the glaze sachet into a saucepan. Heat gently stirring frequently for 3-4 Mins. Do not allow to boil as this will impair the flavour. Serve with the duck.
