Storage And Usage
Keep refrigerated. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
OVEN FROM CHILLED
Pre-heat your oven as 220°C/Fan 200°C/ Gas Mark 7. Remove from the fridge and packaging 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry the skin side surface of the pork belly with kitchen towel and sprinkle some salt on top. Leave for 10 minutes. Remove any moisture with paper towel. Brush on a little oil and sprinkle over about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and massage or rub over the surface. Place in a pre-heated oven for 1 hour and then remove from the oven. After cooking allow the pork to rest and the skin to crisp up before serving. Open the sauce pouch and put into a small pan, warm up the sauce while the pork is resting and ensure it is piping hot before serving.
