Cooking Guidelines

Air Fry - From Chilled. Remove from the fridge and packaging 30 minutes before cooking. Pat dry the skin side surface of the pork belly with kitchen towel and sprinkle some salt on top. Leave for 10 minutes. Remove any moisture with paper towel. Brush on a little oil and sprinkle over about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and massage or rub over the surface. Cook in an air fryer for 45 minutes at 200°C. Allow the pork to rest and the skin crisp up before serving. Open the sauce pouch and put into a small pan, warm up the sauce while the pork is resting.; Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Chilled. Open the gravy pouch and in a small pan warm up the gravy while the pork belly is resting.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 220°C, Fan 200°C, Gas 7, 60 min
