Cooking Guidelines

Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting
Remove from the fridge 20 minutes before cooking and remove from all packaging to allow meat to reach room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides.
Rare: fry for 1 minute on each side.
Medium: Fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

had a random craving for steak for the first time in years. Mine has to be well done so you usually get a chewy steak due to the cooking process. Cooked either side in a frying pan then in the oven. The steak was packed with flavour and so soft, no chewy bits. We had it with chips, peppercorn sauce, beer battered onion rings and mini tomatoes on the vine. It was nicer than any steak meal I have had in a restaurant
