Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.; Grill - From Chilled. Pre-heat grill to medium/hot. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and under grill for 17-20 minutes. Turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas mark 5. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.
