Do not reheat.; Grill - From Chilled. Pre-heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place sausages on a grill pan and grill for 17-19 minutes, turning occasionally.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place onto a baking tray in your oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
