Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods.

Rare: Fry for 1 minute on each side.
Medium: fry for 2 minutes on each side.
Well done: Fry for 3 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
