Preparation And Usage
How to prepare
Remove the plastic base and place the open end of the mould onto a flat serving plate so the product faces upwards. Remove the clear label on top of the mould, place the tip of the knife into the hole and push carefully up into the mould, allowing air to enter. The panna cotta should then drop slowly onto the plate and the mould can be removed. To finish, carefully pour the coulis from the sachet onto the top of the panna cotta.
