Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Chilled. Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat over a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Do not allow to boil. If custard begins to thicken remove from the heat immediately. Serve and enjoy.; Microwave - From Chilled. Empty contents into a microwavable jug. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes (Cat E/850W), 2 minutes (Cat D/750W). Stir well. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat E/850W), 1 minute 30 seconds (Cat D/750W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving. Serve and enjoy.

Im not a fan of shop bought custard, but this is delightful .

CUSTARD THAT CUTS THE MUSTARD!

Wife bought this to go on Christmas pudding. It was really quite tasty, and went well. I prefer 'proper' custard that has a skin! Oh yes please. But this was pretty good and not bad value.

Absolutely delicious custard. Bought to have with Christmas pud. Did not regret, really good.

really lovely

Creamy, tasty and works hot or cold. Not too runny like some fresh custards. Perfect with crumble, trifle or straight out of the shopping bag

Creamy!

Stunning, both served hot and cold. Tastes almost like pure cream with a hint of vanilla. pity you can only seem to get this seasonally....

very nice custard

We really enjoyed this custard, its thick and creamy, and has a nice, subtle vanilla flavour which is present, but doesnt overpower what ever the custard is accompanying. I will be buying it again, but only as a treat. Ive given it four stars out of five because I do think it is a little bit pricey, which is why it will be a treat for us and not a regular purchase. Having said that, I would recommend it.
