Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the lobster tail meat and butter back in the tray.
Cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven.
Rest for 2 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 7-8 min
Pre-heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Place lobster tails into the pan and cook for 6-7 minutes, turning occasionally. Reduce the heat, add the butter and baste over the lobster for a further 1 minute. Rest lobster for 1 minute. Place on a plate and pour over the butter.
