Remove all packaging. Pre-heat your oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Place product on foil and dot with butter and season with salt and pepper. Wrap product loosely in foil and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for 14-18 minutes.

Lightly smoked salmon. Mmm!
Accepted this as a sub for our usual M's Best Salmon and really enjoyed it. Very tasty. Beautiful quality fish. And there are no bones in case there are fussy eater people out there worrying about buying this.
Really nice
Love this salmon, buy it quite a bit. The light smoked flavour makes it really tasty. We like to drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil, a light sprinkly of parsley and oven roast. Yummy. So quick to cook.

2x salmon tails that stank within date and didn't taste right. poor quality, not the best

I received these today in my on line order. Unfortunately they were salmon tails. This is not what I expect from The Best, nor does it mention in the description the possibility that you might receive salmon tails, whereby the skin to flesh ratio is obviously more. Disappointed.
