It really is THE BEST

I have never been so addicted to an hollandaise as I am to this. It is truly delicious. Currently I am spreading it on The Best Sourdough I have sliced in store, and toasted. Plus on in season Asparagus. A sublime treat.

A very nice Hollandaise sauce.

Silly jar, product curdles, too tarte

The jar is a silly shape, hard to get product out. Got it out, licked the spoon, tasted too tarte. Hoped it would be ok after warming. It curdled way too easily and tasted like it had way too much lemon in it. Threw it away.

Impossible to use

I tried to heat this gently but it was impossible as it burned in the bottom of the saucepan then split when I stirred it. It got thrown away. These square jars are a nuisance as it is so difficult to get everything out of them.

nice.

I put half jar in microwave for 1 minute, dont, it completely splits.Put the rest in saucepan and heated gently, started to split slightly, so be very careful heating. The jar is square which makes it impossible to get all out.It has a nice flavour and great thick consistancy
