Storage And Usage

Storage:
Keep refrigerated. Use within 2 days of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

How to cook
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

OVEN FROM CHILLED
Pre-heat your oven as 190ºC/Fan 170ºC/ Gas Mark 5/ 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins Remove all packaging and place the orange and maple sachet to one side. Loosely wrap with foil and place on a baking tray. For the cooking time use 30 minutes per 500g + 30 minutes. Cook in the oven for all but the last 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and remove the foil from the top of the joint. Open the sachet and pour the glaze on the top of the joint and return for the last 30 minutes. Leave to stand for 10 mins before carving.

Cured pork topside with added water (92%) (pork (87%), water, salt, sugar, dextrose, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), cinnamon extract, preservatives (sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate), lemon oil, orange oil), Orange and Maple syrup glaze sachet (7%) (concentrated orange juice, brown sugar, maple syrup, white wine vinegar, maize starch, ginger purée, black pepper), Candied orange slice (1%) (orange, glucose-fructose syrup, sucrose).
