Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat once cooled.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 30 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove sleeve and unwrap Brie. Place Brie back into wooden base. Score a cross in the top of the cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Peel back the corners of the cheese with a knife and add the dressing to the centre of the cheese. Return the cheese to the oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
