Empty contents into a saucepan. Heat gently over a medium heat, stirring frequently.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 900w, 5 min 30 sec, Cat D 800w, 6 min
Remove lid and gently place back on top of container. Place on a microwavable plate. Place in the microwave and cook on full power. Stir halfway through heating. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
