Remove from fridge 10 minutes before cooking to allow meat to warm at room temperature. Ensure pan is hot by pre-heating over a high heat before adding a little oil and then turning the heat down to medium. Season meat and add to the pan. Ensure the meat is fully sealed on all sides. Rare - Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. Medium - Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to preference. Remove from heat, keep warm, cover and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy.

Poor quality, unable to eat half
Absolutely not the quality I would expect for a fillet steak, never mind one from "The Best" range. My steak was from the end of the fillet and had a large piece of gristle/sinew which left half of the steak inedible. Very disappointing.
I have long been a fan of fillet steak but at 35 pounds a kilo i expected a lot better than this. It was full of fat and gristle and was long and thin. Didn’t even look like fillet and it certainly didn’t eat like it. Disgusted and disappointed!
Avoid this and spend £30 per kilo at butcher
This is supposed to be filet steak. I eat steak a lot. Even in the photo you have fat in the filet steak which means it’s the poorest cut of the filet. This is basically what restaurants reject or the cuts that aren’t good enough on the outside. Why would you advertise this as fillet? It’s shoulder at best. Look at Morrison’s best other products like Italian Meats Pizza. It only contains salami. How is that Italian meats??? At more than £30 per kilo as 200g is about £7 then it’s terrible value and a terrible cut. Just don’t bother. Seriously and Morrison’s..... please fix this!

This steak was absolutely perfect worth every penny!
Had these and was so disappointed as fillet steak is normally the best but this was chewy and grisly
