Remove lid. Sprinkle the enclosed sachet of brown sugar evenly over the surface of your crème brûlée. Place the pot under a pre-heated grill and leave to caramelise for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Carefully remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating. Serve and enjoy.
