How to store Keep refrigerated. Use within 3 days of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Barber's Coastal Cheddar and Belton Farm Red Fox are packaged in a protective atmosphere.

Slate Care Instructions In order to reduce the chances of the board chipping we recommend that you season it before use. To season the board put a drop of cooking oil on a piece of kitchen roll and wipe the board, then wash before use. Clean slate board with a damp cloth. Do not leave immersed in water. Not suitable for use in dishwater.
