Cooking Guidelines
Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that no pink colour remains.
Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas mark 4. Remove all packaging and parchment paper on base of stuffing. Place onto a lined baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 35 minutes.

Store raw meat covered at the bottom of the fridge. Use separate kitchen utensils and surfaces for raw meat and poultry or wash thoroughly after use. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from cooked foods. Wash hands after handling raw meat and poultry.
