Pre-heat your oven as 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/ Gas Mark 6/ 2 Hour 45 Min. Remove film. Cover foil tray loosely with foil and place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 2 hours 30 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, baste and return to the oven for a further 15 minutes.
