Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over both compartments.
Place on a microwavable plate and heat on full power for 3 minutes (900w, 800w).
Partially peel back film lid, stir both compartments and re-cover. Heat on full power for a further 1 minute (900w), 1 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.
Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 190°C, Fan 170°F, Gas 5, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown.
Remove sleeve and pierce film lid over chicken and sauce compartment. Peel back film over rice compartment, add one teaspoon of water to the rice and stir. Re-cover and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Remove film lid and stir thoroughly before serving.
