Regional Information
Chianti is one of the best known Italian regions producing distinctive red wines with fresh cherry fruit flavours and smooth tannins. The landscape and climate are characteristic of Tuscany with rolling hills with warm sunshine tempered by incoming sea breezes

Vinification Details
The grapes undergo soft pressing before being processed. They are fermented at controlled temperatures with a long maceration period to extract maximum fruit and balanced tannins. Some of the wine spends at least two months ageing in oak barrels before release.
