our first choice for pasta sauce
I cook nearly every thing from scratch but sometimes need a quick dinner without prep. Weve been trying many tomato based sauces and this is by far the best out there. Not too sweet, not too tart with a nice depth of flavour. We have the sauce as it is just heated through. I dont add any meat to it.
Delicious with chicken and spinach
We love this sauce - perfect size for 2 / 3 people and works well with a few dishes we've tried
Amazing
Love this sauce. I can't stand sugary Dolmio type cheap sauces and this stands out from rest. The depth of flavour is lovely.. I sometimes add chopped garlic to give it even more taste but that's just personal preference as it's lovely as it is. Would highly recommend.
Not Bad!
Regarding the previous review of it tasting like water with a bit of tomato, it does, if you get rid of 90% of the jar and pour a bucketfull of water into it. It's actually a really nice sauce. Rich, flavourful, and delicious. The only downfall was that I'd got it as part of the bolognese meal deal, didn't check the ingredients, and found it contains red wine (literally as I went to use it haha). It's not a problem for me but my boyfriend refuses to have anything that even mentions alcohol in the name so it's a no go for him. More for me though! Would definitely recommend.
It's OK
this smelt amazing whilst it was cooking, but seemed to lack in taste. Bought as part of the pasta and dough balls meal deal (even though the dough balls were sliced garlic bread lol)
Water with a bit of tomato
First time in my life that I've seen a bolognese sauce without meat. Basically water with some tomato to give it flavour. Worthless.
