Empty the contents of the gravy sachet into a saucepan, add 1-2 tablespoons of the reserved juices if desired. Heat gently, stirring frequently until piping hot. Do not allow to boil as this will impair the flavour.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200℃, Fan 180º℃, Gas 6, 60 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging and place the gravy sachet to one side.
Empty the contents of the pouch into a roasting tin and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven
for 45 minutes basting frequently. Remove from the oven, remove the foil and carefully drain any juices into a jug. Return to the oven, uncovered, for the final 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving. Meanwhile heat the gravy. To serve, shred the beef and pour over the gravy.
