220°C Fan, 200°C, Gas 7, 30-35 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place frozen roast potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray with upturned edges and cook in the centre of the oven, turning halfway through cooking time.

The Best Beef Fat Roast Potatoes

One of the best roast potatoes ive tasted . I use my air fryer at 190 roast/bake setting. cook for 20 minutes and they are done perfect.

Horrible aftertaste

just really nasty and the potato inside is really powdery

really tasty

Loved these roast spuds! Crunchy outer with a fluffy soft inner as a roasty should be. Kids can be really fussy with potatoes but a happy house hold at the dinner table with these.

Tweaking Necessary

These spuds were okay. Mixed feelings to be honest. The beef dripping taste was non existent for me. The potatoes I received were also ludicrous in size, with there basically being an enormous whole potato barely cut into two pieces, while there were lots of other medium size potatoes. So cooking them evenly at the same time was impossible. Some of the spuds also had black spots. The normal size roasties that did cook properly though, were actually very tasty despite not having any sort of flare of flavour to them from the supposed dripping. If the potatoes were decently sliced and properly sized for even cooking, and had no discolouration, I'd buy them again. But based on the one bag I received, I think I'll just stick to McCain's.
