Multiple - From Chilled. For best results microwave and pan fry. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Do not reheat. Microwave and pan fry - Peel back film lid to remove butter pellet from pack and put to one side, reseal the pack. Place pack directly in the microwave and heat on full power for 4 minutes (900W/800W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Pre-heat 2 teaspoons (10ml) of oil in a frying pan on a medium heat. Add the sprouts to the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 1 minute, stirring or shaking the pan occasionally until the sprouts are golden brown. Add the butter pellet and stir in well, coating all the sprouts, serve.
