Mini beef burgers with brioche buns and a sachet of smoky Bramley apple ketchup.

Storage And Usage

Keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours of opening. Do not exceed the date shown. Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Suitable for home freezing.

Freeze as soon as possible and within the date indicated. Best within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.

Cooking Guidelines

How to cook
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.

OVEN FROM CHILLED
Pre-heat your oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6/18 min.

Remove from fridge and open the pack of burgers, leave for 1 minute to reach room temperature. Remove from packaging and place the burgers on a lined baking tray in the centre of the oven for 18 minutes until fully cooked. Keeping the buns and sauce sachet until needed.

AIR FRY FROM CHILLED
Pre-heat air fryer at 180°C. Remove all packaging. Keep buns and sauce sachet until required. Place mini burgers in basket, spread evenly in a single layer and place in air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes, turn halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute. CAUTION Do not overfill the air fryer.
For the bread buns: Remove outer packaging. With a sharp knife, carefully split open each bun and place buns on a microwaveable plate. Cover with cling film. Heat on full power for 25 seconds (900w), 30 seconds (800w) from chilled. Assemble mini burgers by placing burgers in the microwaved buns and adding the ketchup.

Beef mini burger (beef (88%), water, tapioca starch, sea salt, spices (black pepper, tellicherry black pepper), preservative (sodium metabisulphite), antioxidant (rosemary extract)), Mini brioche buns (23%) (wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), water, rapeseed oil, egg, honey, unsalted butter (milk), yeast, fermented wheat flour, dried skimmed milk, salt, wheat fibre, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids)), Smoky Bramley apple ketchup (14%) (water, sugar, tomato purée, apple, concentrated apple juice, cider vinegar, cornflour, smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder, sage, clove, nutmeg, mesquite smoked sugar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (sulphur dioxide)).
