Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Microwave - From Frozen. (Based on 1 pudding) remove all packaging including the paper cup. Place on a microwavable plate and place into the microwave. Heat on full power for 45 seconds (900w, 800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. (For 2 puddings) pre-heat your oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/ Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging including the paper cups. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12-13 minutes.
