Recipes
You will need: 3 Medium eggs
70g softened, unsalted butter
60ml water
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 160°C.
2. Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then add butter and continue beating for 3 minutes.
3. Add water and contents of the bottle to the bowl
4. Mix until fully blended.
5. Put muffin cases into a muffin tray and evenly fill the cases.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending on oven.
7.Remove from oven using oven gloves.
8. Leave to cool before serving and enjoy!
