900w 9 min, 800w, 9 min 30 sec
Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 7 minutes (900w, 800w). Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to rice. Stir all compartments separately, re-cover and cook for a further 2 minutes (900w), 2 minutes 30 seconds (800w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir rice mix, bombay potatoes and chicken tikka before serving with the onion bhaji.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Onion Bhaji
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 15 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown below. Remove packaging and pierce film lid. Remove onion bhaji from the tray and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with meal from microwave. Stir rice mix, Bombay potatoes and chicken tikka before serving with the onion bhaji.
