Almost addicted
Beautiful. I have been buying these for years. Sweet, tender and full herring taste supplemented with a lovely pickle marinade. I wish I knew the recipe. I would love to make them myself.

Raw fish? Yes but delicious.
So very good for you, give them a try, millions of Europeans can't be wrong, deliciously sweet and tender.
