Cooking Guidelines
Stir Fry - From Frozen. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

Heat 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil in a heavy based frying pan or wok. Remove all packaging. Add prawns and fry over a medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of water and cook for a further 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally throughout cooking. Reduce heat if necessary.
