Directions for use Always wash hands before and after treating a wound. Gently clean the wound and surrounding skin. Dry the area thoroughly. Open the individual wrapper and remove protective wings. Apply the dressing [placing the pad centrally over the wound] pressing down the edges firmly. Replace as required at least daily.

These are an ideal good value item for your first aid box. They are a good size and stick well. I am allergic to some adhesives and have very sensitive skin but this adhesive has not caused me any problems. Definitely worth trying for a £1 for 5.
