Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
Cooking times may vary depending on size and thickness of the portion.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 23-25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove all packaging. Place the fillet onto a piece of lightly oiled foil. Brush the top of the fillet with oil and wrap to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Season as required and serve.; Poach - From Defrost. 4-5 min
Fill a saucepan with enough water or milk to cover the fillets and bring to the boil. Once boiling, gently place the fillets into the pan and reduce to a simmer.
