Red wine gravy
Open the gravy sachet and empty into a small saucepan and stir regularly. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour. Serve with the turkey.; Oven cook - From Chilled. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 70 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or roasting tray, position the turkey thigh so that the skin is facing upwards. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes. Remove from the oven, discard the foil and return to the oven uncovered for the final 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carefully removing the strings, carving and serving.
