Slow cooked, seasoned, brined turkey thigh with added water anda sachet of red wine and beef gravy. This product contains alcohol.
Preparation And Usage
How to cook
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
OVEN FROM CHILLED
Pre-heat your oven as 200ºC/Fan 180ºC/Gas Mark 6/ 70 min.
Empty the contents of the pouch into an ovenproof dish or roasting tray, position the turkey thigh so that the skin is facing upwards. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven for 60 minutes. Remove from the oven, discard the foil and return to the oven uncovered for the final 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before carefully removing the strings, carving and serving.
HOB FROM CHILLED
RED WINE GRAVY
Open the gravy sachet and empty into a small saucepan and stir regularly for 3 Mins. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour. Serve with the turkey.
