Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 25 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Place the sauce sachet to one side. Empty the content of the pouch into a ovenproof dish or foil tray. Cover with a lid or foil and cook in the middle of the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes carefully remove from the oven and glaze the pork with the juices. Drain away the excess juices and place back in the oven without a lid/foil and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and pour the contents of the sachet over the pork.
Using two forks pull the pork apart, pour the crispy onions over the pork, and place in a bowl or plate and serve.
