200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging, empty contents of pouch into a small ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven turning shank halfway through cooking. Stir sauce well before serving.
Warning
When removing the foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.

Lovely ! \- Cannot understand the negative reviews
Have bought a few of these over the last few months, all have been beautiful, far better than the offerings of all other supermarket brands going back several years !.. Lovely big shank, tasty tender meat that falls off the bone. Tasty sauce/gravy. Cooks very easy. Want to continue buying - but it's out of stock, I DO hope it's not yet another great Morrisons meat product about to be changed for the worse.
Not worth the money
Not sure this is worth the money, great big box and it's the smallest lamb shank I've seen! Tasty but small

This is a lovely tasty lamb shank. As a leg of lamb is so expensive this is a lovely treat. Excellent lean sweet meat.
Lamb shank in mint gravy
More shank than lamb. Disappointed with the aloof meat, the picture on the packaging is totally deceptive. Having said that, the taste was good although alot of fat.
Tasty!
We tried these Lamb shanks for the first time last week - and it won't be the last! They are really lovely, tender and tasty. The gravy is also meaty and tasty and considering has added mint, isn't too overpowering for someone like me who doesn't like a lot of mint sauce. I agree they are a little small, but enough for us as we don't eat too much red meat anyway. Thank you Morrison's.
