Oven cook - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
200ºC, 400ºF, Gas 6, 40 min
Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging, empty contents of pouch into a small ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place in the centre of the oven turning shank halfway through cooking. Stir sauce well before serving.
Warning
When removing the foil after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.
